RaiseYourIQ recently delivered a pitch to national and international investors in the ICT sector on November 28th at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. The pitch involved explaining to investors and newcomers to the ICT sector why RaiseYourIQ is filling an important market niche in delivering scientifically developed brain training methods to children. The brain training market is growing fast from 1 billion US dollars per year to around 2 billion US dollars by 2015. But RaiseYourIQ is a pioneer in the development and delivery of brain-training to both normal kids and to kids with learning difficulties.
Dr. Bryan Roche, Chief Science Officer, explained to investors why the SMART training method developed at RaiseYourIQ is unique in its ability to help children reach their intellectual potential, and why it does better than online educational games to help boost kids’ IQs. It is better because SMART targets the fundamental cognitive skills, called relational skills, that underlie intelligence itself. When these skills are improved, IQ rises.
